Violations of third-party ToS may result in suspension from those platforms. We are not responsible for platform-imposed penalties, but we may suspend your Lokly account to prevent further violations.

Violations of this policy result in progressive enforcement:
Tier 1: Warning
First-time minor violations (e.g., reviewing policy guidance) receive a warning email with details and remediation steps.
Tier 2: Suspension
Repeated violations or serious misconduct (e.g., confirmed fake reviews, harassment) result in a 7–30 day account suspension. Access is blocked, but data is retained.
Tier 3: Termination
Egregious violations (e.g., coordinated review fraud, illegal activity) result in permanent account termination and data deletion. Banned users cannot create new accounts.

We cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, and third-party platforms to investigate violations and prevent fraud. We may disclose your account information without notice if legally required or to prevent harm.
